You can understand exactly what needs to change and still stay stuck.
For the past fifteen years, I’ve been immersed in self-development and healing. I explored various frameworks and techniques. I was a good student, and I did everything I was supposed to do.
And still, I found myself repeating the same patterns.
It’s not that those frameworks and techniques weren’t good. They worked well for many people.
But I assumed I needed complete clarity before taking action.
I focused on learning the concepts and uncovering the hidden parts of myself. The childhood experiences, the limiting beliefs, the patterns I kept repeating.
I stayed inside my comfort zone.
And nothing changed.
Now I see change as a cycle.
Even a small amount of understanding is enough to take one step forward. That action creates more clarity, which leads to more action. And then again.
This is even more important today.
There is so much knowledge available to us. Anything we want to learn, we can find online. Videos, articles, podcasts, artificial intelligence. The content is out there.
Much of it is even free.
But when it comes to taking action, that’s where many people get stuck.
Taking action alone is hard.
So I started thinking about how to make this easier for parents.
I don’t just want to share ideas or spark conversation. I want to focus on small daily actions that compound over time and create real results.
I want us to transform the way we show up for our children.
That’s why I created the Storytelling Challenge for Calmer Bedtimes
The purpose of the challenge is to help you:
Use storytelling consistently in the evenings to help your child relax and feel safe before sleep.
You’ll start from reading stories to telling them in your own words, adding small details, and eventually creating your own.
I also included prompts and ideas so storytelling feels easier and more natural, even if you’ve never done it before.
The challenge posts are all here.

I finally found what I needed!!! Bedtime is hard for me… my daughter doesn’t want to sleep, even when she’s really tired. The jumping on the bed and the non stop taking get me on my nerves…
I love this idea so much! ❤️ Tomorrow night we will start day 1.
Oh, I like this idea. Oral storytelling is a powerful tool. 😊
